Before joining Click

Before joining as a member of ‘Click’ each member will receive a 1:1 video chat called ‘Getting to know you’. The aim of this is to find out what sessions will enhance their weekly timetable to make sure they get the most out of the services.

On joining Click

On joining the service members will receive a welcome pack full of resources to get members started. This will be personally tailored and contain communication aids if required, as well as an invitation to join our closed Facebook group which helps to keep everyone connected outside of the sessions. Click is a person-centred service and we pride ourselves on making the member the centre of our decision making, providing members with best possible service.

Click is…

  • Delivered by a team of staff who have been selected to ensure the best quality services. All have experience of supporting people with varied abilities and strengths.
  • Designed to complement established care packages, enabling choice for members. They can choose from a varied timetable and fill in gaps where there may be free days, evenings or weekends.

The Click timetable

The Click timetable is structured with stimulating and meaningful interactive sessions including exercise, music, quizzes and Makaton.

Frequently asked questions…

Is the service active?

Yes, very! Lots of our sessions including dance, yoga, drama and Click fitness sessions, encourage people to move and be active. Our leaders will always tailor movement to be accessible to everyone within the session.

Will this encourage too much time online?

Our timetable enables a good break between sessions to be away from the screen. We keep sessions active not passive, engaging, interactive and improving skills and learning new things.

What if someone is hurt or becomes unwell during a session?

To become a user of Click, we require personal information and have policies and risk assessments in place to ensure we can keep people safe. If someone was to become unwell, hurt or collapse during a session, we will call their emergency contact straight away and or contact the emergency services if necessary.

Will we be refunded for missed sessions due to illness or holidays?

As per our terms and conditions, Click runs throughout the year except for the Bank Holidays. So members would be invoiced for missed sessions as per this, however, we try to be flexible and offer alternative sessions where we can.

If you have any further questions for us, please do get in touch.
